Twilight images are filmed from the exact time of sunset to approx. 45 minutes after sunset to capture the "golden hour" of dusk/twilight. Photography includes 1 ground camera and up to 3 drones for multiple angles of the property if needed..

Portrait photography includes 2 poses & 2 backgrounds per agent. $95.00 per agent

Site Visit w/Photography

Graphics is defined as either border overlays done in either yellow or red and the use of the Google marker in conjunction with text or special marking graphics like arrows or defining lines.

This product is for up to 6 high quality images to be used in an upcoming magazine spread on the property filmed. This product also includes aerial photography of the front of the home and high altitude photographs of the property

Photography of a large group over 20 people.

This charge replaces the revenue of one (1) property at the rate of $160.00. This fee is only charged when the photographer will be out of the Spokane market on another filming for longer than two (2) hours.

Mileage policy is as follows: Mileage is calculated by taking the round trip mileage of the filming from downtown Spokane to the property and back. The miles driven are then multiplied by the IRS recommended amount of $0.67 per mile. Example, 146 total miles round trip, x 0.67 = $97.82. If the property exceeds 45 miles from Spokane an additional fee of $160.00 will be charged to make up for the lost revenue due to travel time away from the Spokane market (in season only).
